Review:

Hulk Hogan stars in this brutally realistic action packed classic as Ben Bowl-Cutter. Cutter is a veteran mercenary barber hired to secure a cache of weapons. He is joined in this mission by rookie mercenary and bowl cut hairstyle sporting ponce Vince Dean (Carl Marotte). Surprisingly Vince manages to avoid screwing up but having said that the enemies they encounter are about as tough and deadly as a bunch of militant gerbils.
Having secured the weapons, Cutter smells a rat and destroys them instead of handing them over to his employer. His suspicions are well founded as it turns out his employer, the originally titled Dylan McBride has connections with the IRA. Not the real IRA of course, no it’s the “We haven’t got a clue”, American version Oi RA. McBride captures Cutters estranged daughter Mary Kate. Cutter hasn’t seen Mary Kate since he sold her to finance his steroid addiction. The action that ensues is of the highest quality. Buy this film. You really won’t regret it, not even once.
